Career Ladder
1. Associate
Base Salary: £25,000
5% commission on your first 2 deals
10% Commission thereafter
OR 15% commission if you pull the client
Holiday 21 Days + 3 Days between Xmas and New Year
2. Consultant
Base Salary: £27,000
15% commission on all deals
OR 17% commission if you pull the client
Holiday 22 Days + 3 Days between Xmas and New Year
3. Snr Consultant
Base Salary: £30,000+
17.5% commission on all deals
OR 20% commission if you pull the client
Holiday 23 Days + 3 Days between Xmas and New Year
At this point in your career, there is a choice as to which path to take; Principal Consultant or Team lead
Career Ladder
1. Principal Consultant
Base Salary: TBC
20% Commission on all deals
Or 22.5% commission if you pull the client
Holiday 24 Days + 3 Days between Xmas and New Year
2. Principal Partner
Base Salary: TBC
20% Commission on all deals
Or 22.5% commission if you pull the client
Holiday 25 Days + 3 Days between Xmas and New Year
1. Team Lead
Base Salary: TBC
20% Commission on all deals
Or 22.5% commission if you pull the client
Holiday 24 Days + 3 Days between Xmas and New Year
2. Business Manager
Base Salary: TBC
20% Commission on all deals
Or 22.5% commission if you pull the client
Holiday 25 Days + 3 Days between Xmas and New Year
